My top tips
Stand up every hour
Work standing up for at least 1/4 of your day
Place your computer at your eye level (of only the yellow pages still existed!)
Regular shifting of your seated posture
Regular neck stretches
Suitably supportive chair
Water/drinks breaks
Use headphones/speaker mode rather than trying to type & keep your phone between your head & shoulder (you know you do this!!)
Healthy snacks
Exercise/physical activity before/after working day eg walk/water the plants/cycle/pilates
