Working from home … still!!

As I have another day working from home, I wanted to share my top tips for looking after your body…


My top tips

  1. Stand up every hour

  2. Work standing up for at least 1/4 of your day

  3. Place your computer at your eye level (of only the yellow pages still existed!)

  4. Regular shifting of your seated posture

  5. Regular neck stretches

  6. Suitably supportive chair

  7. Water/drinks breaks

  8. Use headphones/speaker mode rather than trying to type & keep your phone between your head & shoulder (you know you do this!!)

  9. Healthy snacks

  10. Exercise/physical activity before/after working day eg walk/water the plants/cycle/pilates
