Another great start to my week teaching a zoom class & two Pilates sessions. Todays sessions included using weights, bands, a mat & lots of reps!!
Pilates has a role in everyone's loves. Strengthening to support posture, improving flexibility & working on cardiovascular fitness. Men, women, young people & children all benefit.
My approach differs & is very individualised, personalised to each client. I can modify, adjust & create sessions that help my client achieve their body goals.
