This spontaneous feedback from my client last week really made me think.
I always look forward to the Pilates class… I love how it makes me feel… then I really look forward to the class ending…”. She followed with “I’m always so proud of myself… that I got through it!”.
My Friday “Over 70s” class is a regular in my week. I’ve a group that I can push, educate, inspire & enjoy watching them make steady progress. Who knew 18 + months ago that zoom would open up my client base & bring together this wonderful group of women.
They are focussed, yet need pacing, brave, yet worry about their health & really supportive to one another.
Pilates is so important for their health- bone density, mobility, strength & posture. Group exercise is key to positive mindset & mutual support- given the last 2 years, they all deserve this hour a week.
