December - remember…

December comes around so quickly & once in the thick of the run up to Christmas, it's HARD to make time to keep physically active.


Throwing on every layer you own to go outside, means it's less motivating. Parties, gatherings, long lunches all might mean you focus less on your fitness & more on fun.... nothing wrong with that!


Remember... look after yourself even if you're busy. Add in a stretch, a rotation, a squat to just keep the muscles elongating & joints moving through range.


Remember PILATES. Standing, sitting or on the mat, simple easy effective way to keep strong & fit, despite the weather & social life. 10 mins or less- just try it!
