Autumn feeling

I noticed these stunning autumnal colours this morning and just had to take a pic. The weather is changing around us, darker evenings, cooler days but yet stunning bright skies as well. I love autumn for all it brings.

Saying this, it does make it harder to keep with a fitness routine and keep motivated when a warm fire and cup of hot chocolate is what I really really want.

If you are struggling with motivation, then just start with 5 mins of stretches and build back up from there. Maybe get off a bus stop earlier or take the stairs up from the tube. Some simple ways to stay active despite the weather and dark evenings.

Obviously I have to plug for some Pilates in your life, can help strengthen, lengthen and improve your posture and wellbeing. Do get in touch for personalised advice and support on your Pilates journey.
