Start your 2024 the way you want to, and of course continue what you're currently doing.
Whether you're in to make resolutions or not, I always feel it's a great time of year to stop, celebrate & be creative about what I want to work on.
Biggest goal for me is the Brighton Marathon in April. I've run 2 but over 15 years ago (in Dublin both times) so this is my first in England & last one for sure!!
Need to stay focussed, calm, prepare my body & mind & know I can do it, despite any doubts I may have.
Pilates will of course be key to my success- upping my sessions, focussing on my weaknesses, using my knowledge & experience to get my body into the best shape I can!
Three months to go!
So whatever your goals are then hopefully Pilates can play a role in how you achieve them- body & mind.
