We all know that exercises is good for us. We all know we should look after our selves. We all know we should love our bodies... but do we?

Pilates can help restore the real you - taking time out of your busy day to stop, listen to your body & move it in a kind & thoughtful way.

Those moments of being present & mindful to how your body is feeling are very powerful.

My role as a Pilates teacher is to help my clients connect with their bodies. To learn to read the physical signs of stress. To learn to reduce their muscle tension & move their bodies in a better way.

Pilates breathing is so important & the centre of the sessions.

Sometimes life is so busy that we forget the simple pleasures of STOPPING, being mindful & listening to our beautiful bodies.
