PILATES AND OSTEOPOROSIS

Those that have Osteoporosis may feel their strength has reduced, balance is deteriorating and generally feel their bodies are stiffer. Pilates offers a platform to strengthen bones, improve balance and prevent fractures.

 

Monica’s extensive physiotherapy and pilates experience and knowledge will allow you to manage the symptoms of Osteoporosis and regain your confidence to lead an active lifestyle. Remember the sessions are all one to one or with a friend or partner, are carried out around your diary and your availability.
