PILATES FOR BACK PAIN

Whether you have had back pain for years, or only months, this can have a big impact on your life. Monica has personal experience of this. She will provide a comprehensive consultation and will plan the pilates exercises to help relieve your pain and also to mobilise and strengthen your back.

 

The exercises provide a gentle rehabilitation foundation for any back pain or injury. The blend of improving your posture, increasing your flexibility and strengthening your core muscles is a winning combination to retrain your body and relieve you of your back pain.

 

Pilates is also an excellent preventative method to help avoid injuries to your back and other parts of your body. It’s the scaffolding for good posture which we need for everyday living.
