Pilates is for everyone to enjoy. Pilates improves balance, flexibility and co-ordination. The one to one session focuses on your core to gain control and strength through a range of positions and movements. This deep central strengthening of your inner abdominal muscles aims to provide a strong muscular sling to support your spine. This strength will help to improve your posture.

 

APPI Pilates has 5 key principles all focussed on neutral alignment, centring and control. Monica will teach you pilates breathing, neck posture, shoulder blade and rib cage placement and pelvic position and alignment.

 

Your body deserves to work optimally synchronising all your muscles and pilates is the foundation of optimal movement.
